Run of House room type indicates either Two Double Bedded or One King Bed with Sleeper.
All guestroom rates are subject to the current area tax rates; Hampton city tax 8%, Virginia state tax 6%, plus a $1.00 Occupancy fee per room per night. Taxes are subject to change.
Rate is valid (2) Days prior and (2) Days after official contracted program dates based upon availability.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 PM on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 AM on departure day. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.
RESERVATION METHOD
We will be holding your contracted guest room block for the use of your attendees. We understand that your guests will be making their own individual reservations by calling 1- 866-375-6054, or simply use the link.
The following method will be utilized for making guest room reservations when using the booking link at the bottom of this document. Enter the arrival and departure dates, number of persons, and then click on check availability. You may have to type in the check-in (arrival 09/30/2016) and check-out (departure dates 10/02/2016). Also, under the arrival and departure dates click on the more options and you will see the group code MWR. If you prefer to call, please reference the McFadden Whaley Family Reunion.
Reservation requests from your attendees received after the cutoff date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis at that time.
CUT-OFF DATE
All reservation requests received after the cut-off date, Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Midnight will be based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rates and will be credited to the Group’s Guest Room Block. At your cut-off date, all rooms, which have not been reserved as described above, will be deemed as rooms that your Group will not use, and will become subject to the attrition provisions herein, and returned to the Hotel's general inventory.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION
Any reservation made by an individual under the group block must be canceled within 72 hours of check in. Any reservation not canceled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged for the initial night’s stay. The hotel must be notified of early departures 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify the hotel of early departure will result in payment of one night and a $50.00 early departure fee.
