CALLING ALL FAMILY MEMBERS,
God is great and greatly to be praised! Happy New Year and God Bless each one of you!
We are already into the month of February and thanks be to God we’ve made it thus far. This year is the year of New Beginnings and the Year of Reconciliation with family and friends. The purpose of our reunions is to bring families closer together and we know with God all things are possible. Great things are in store for us this year and it is our prayer that you will come aboard.
As you are already aware, planning is well under way for our upcoming 2018 McFadden-Whaley Family Reunion. The dates are: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 27, 28 and 29, 2018, so please mark your calendars and request your time off as-we are looking forward to seeing you all there.
Enclosed you will find the following:
Program Journal AD Form; Birthday Month Form; Financial Statement for Month Ending December 2017 providing you have made financial contributions; Banquet Information and Important Dates to Remember (Save the Date).
THE ASSESSMENT FEES FOR THE BANQUET IS: $65.00 PER ADULT and $30.00 PER CHILD 12 & UNDER.
While the fees have remained unchanged, the cost for the banquet is slightly higher than what we are currently assessing you. We are depending on you to help by participating in our family fundraisers and mailing in your Household dues. We are working hard to make this a fun and exciting reunion and it is our prayer that you will consider being a part of our 2018 Family reunion.
The HOST Hotel will be the Hilton Hotel & Resorts, 8629 J.M. Keynes Drive, Charlotte, NC. The guaranteed rate is $129.00 + 15.25% = $148.67 per night. More information will follow soon.
